This "Impasse" (the noise) directly led to low donor engagement and made it difficult to secure funding.

As the "Narrative Architect," I diagnosed the core problem: confusion. The solution was to architect a "message" of clarity.





Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Figma (for strategy mapping)

I created a motion graphic explainer video that combined the technical explanations (how it works) with the emotional narrative. We discovered their true "message" ("A Hug For You") and built the film to tell that single, clear story.
