The solution was to architect a "message" of absolute clarity, resulting in a new brand narrative ("A Hug For You") and a primary fundraising tool.
This project is a clear example of moving "From Noise to Message." The non-profit (Care Closet) had passion, but their message was unclear, leading to low donor engagement.
